Created as a preparatory work for two large circular canvases, this portrait draws attention to disparate sides of the same body; one we see as all too familiar, though perhaps it isn’t; the other we may think of as somewhat familiar, typically through myth, and yet we know little. Science, technology and art merge to become one transcendent idea of reflection.
